01. Adults

Adult Gi & No-Gi Program

Whether you're here to compete, to stay in shape, or just to finally find out what everyone's been talking about, the adult program doesn't start you off guessing. You'll drill with a partner, spar against real resistance, and work toward live rolling at a pace that matches where you actually are, not where a six-week ad campaign says you should be.

  • • Fundamentals: The entry point for anyone starting from zero.
  • • Mixed Levels: Gi and No-Gi throughout the week, morning and evening.
  • • Open Mat: Saturday mat time to roll on your own terms.

02. Kids

Kids & Little Warriors Program

Jiu-Jitsu is one of the only sports where a smaller kid can genuinely out-technique a bigger one, and that tends to change how kids carry themselves off the mat too. This isn't supervised roughhousing — it's a real curriculum, built around actual technique, that happens to also be fun enough that kids ask to come back.

  • • Little Warriors: Starting at age 4, built around movement first.
  • • Kids Mixed Levels: For older kids, running multiple days a week.
  • • Structure that sticks: Real technique and real discipline, not just a supervised room.

03. Women

Women's BJJ Program

This isn't a lighter version of the regular schedule. It's full instruction and full resistance, taught in a room built specifically for the women training in it. No prior experience expected, and nobody's keeping score against where you "should" be by now.

  • • Twice a week: Women's-only Gi class, part of the regular schedule.
  • • Start from zero: No background in martial arts required.
  • • More than class time: Events throughout the year open to all women.

Frequently Asked Questions

Closer than the drive you're picturing. Take the 202 to the Guadalupe exit and head straight down — no surface-street maze. Highway 60 works just as well depending on which part of Gilbert you're coming from.
